Delivering food on a 45km-long island with winding roads, unmarked villas, and 300,000 summer visitors has unique challenges. Here's how we make it work.
The Order Flow
You place an order through our app or WhatsApp. The order routes to the restaurant, which confirms and begins preparation. Our algorithm assigns the nearest available rider based on real-time location, estimated prep time, and delivery distance. The rider picks up when food is ready (not before — we don't let food sit in bags) and delivers to your door.

We partner with 150+ restaurants across the island, from beach chiringuitos to fine dining establishments offering delivery for the first time. Every partner meets our quality standards: consistent food quality, reliable preparation times, and proper packaging for delivery.
The Rider Network
Our riders are a mix of year-round locals and seasonal team members. All riders complete training covering safe driving, food handling, and navigation of Ibiza's challenging geography. Riders use insulated bags and follow temperature protocols for both hot and cold items.
Island-Specific Challenges We've Solved
Villa finding — Many Ibiza villas have no visible address. Our system accepts GPS pins, villa names, and What3Words locations. Riders are trained on major villa complexes.
Road conditions — Some rural roads are unpaved. We factor road quality into delivery time estimates and assign appropriate vehicles (scooters for town, cars for rural).
Seasonal demand — Order volume increases 8x between winter and peak summer. We scale our rider fleet from 20 to 120+ during season, with recruitment beginning in March.
Multi-drop logistics — Villa groups often order from different restaurants simultaneously. Our system coordinates multi-restaurant orders to arrive together.
Delivery Zones & Times
We cover the entire island. Central Ibiza: 15-30 minutes. San Antonio/Santa Eulalia: 25-40 minutes. North/rural: 35-55 minutes. All times are from order confirmation, not from when food is ready.
