What can you deliver?

We deliver food from local restaurants, groceries from supermarkets, pharmacy items, packages, and anything from local shops. If it fits on a scooter or in a van, we can deliver it. Our shop-and-deliver service means we'll buy items on your behalf from any store on the island.

How fast is delivery?

Food deliveries typically arrive in 15–45 minutes depending on restaurant preparation time and distance. Grocery and shop-and-deliver orders take 1–2 hours. Express delivery is available for urgent items at a small premium.

What are the delivery fees?

Delivery starts from €3.99 for food orders. Orders over €50 qualify for free delivery. Shop-and-deliver orders have a flat €7.99 service fee. We never add hidden markups to menu or product prices — you pay the same as in-store.

Can I track my order in real-time?

Yes — once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a link with real-time GPS tracking. See exactly where your delivery rider is, estimated arrival time, and get notified at each stage: confirmed, preparing, picked up, and delivered.

We cover all of Ibiza including Ibiza Town, San Antonio, Santa Eulalia, Playa d'en Bossa, San José, Es Caná, and surrounding areas. Formentera deliveries are available via our ferry courier service (additional €10 + ferry time).

What payment methods are accepted?

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order for food delivery is €10. For shop-and-deliver services, the minimum is €20 (excluding the service fee). There's no minimum for package courier services — pricing is distance-based.

During the high season (June–September), we operate from 10am to 2am. Off-season hours are 10am to midnight. Some partner restaurants may have their own operating hours. Pre-orders can be scheduled for any available time slot.
