All delivery providers are independent third parties. Each has its own terms, privacy policies, and liabilities. We make no representations about their services or products.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for: provider errors, delivery delays, product quality, service interruptions, or disputes between you and providers. Our liability is limited to platform access fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Platform content is our exclusive property. Provider content (menus, descriptions) is their property. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

6. Payment Processing

We process payments as a payment intermediary. You authorize charges for orders placed through our platform. Payment terms are governed by our payment processor agreements.

7. Disputes and Claims

Disputes with providers must be resolved directly with that provider. We encourage alternative dispute resolution before litigation.
