We're hiring riders for the 2026 Ibiza season. If you know the island, own a vehicle, and want flexible work with good pay, here's everything you need to know.
What You'll Earn
Base delivery fee: €4-6 per delivery depending on distance. Peak-time bonus: +50% during 8pm-2am Friday-Sunday. Tips: riders keep 100% of tips (average €2-3 per delivery). Weekly earnings: most full-time riders earn €600-900/week during peak season.
Requirements
You must have legal right to work in Spain (EU citizen or valid work permit), a valid driving licence for your vehicle type, your own vehicle (scooter, motorcycle, or car), a smartphone with data plan, and basic English or Spanish language skills.
We provide: branded insulated delivery bags, phone mount and charging cable, high-visibility vest, and full insurance coverage while on active deliveries.
How Shifts Work
There are no mandatory shifts. You log into our app when you want to work and log out when you're done. The app shows real-time demand across the island — head to high-demand zones for more deliveries.
That said, riders who commit to regular peak hours (7pm-midnight) earn significantly more and get priority assignment during those times.
Why Riders Choose Us
Flexibility is the number one reason. Many of our riders are musicians, artists, or seasonal workers who need income that fits around other commitments. We also pay weekly (every Thursday), provide the best per-delivery rates on the island, and maintain a supportive team culture.
How to Apply
WhatsApp "RIDER" to our recruitment line. We'll schedule a 15-minute video call to verify your documents and explain the onboarding process. Most riders are active within 48 hours of applying.
Current need: 60 additional riders for the May-October season, particularly covering San Antonio, Santa Eulalia, and the north of the island.
